hired MKE Movers to perform a job.  Unfortunatley accidents do happen from time to time and as we said then, we say it again-we are deeply sorry for what occurred.  However, per the terms of service which are published on our website they clearly state we are not liable for damage to customer goods.  Should such an incident occur we have a claim process that pays .60 cents per pound per article, up to $2000.00.  Like other moving companies we offer additional moving insurance for a nominal fee as advetised on our website listed under “Resources”.  They [redacted]’s declined the optional coverage.MKE Movers feels horrible regarding the situation and have fullfilled all obligations as expressed in our terms of service.Best regards,Matt [redacted]MKE Movers, LLC
