Review: I was a passenger on MCC Shuttle service for 5 years, I wrote a formal complaint about the driver [redacted] harassing me, which I have written complaints which are on file at MCC, to [redacted]. On 09/19/14 Mr. [redacted] started harassing me again. The rules of the company state that the drivers are not to suppose to engage in conversation with passengers except for asking for directions. Mr. [redacted] was complaining about my sitting in the seat in back of him. Which is where I sit. Mr. [redacted] was complaining, that my sitting in back of him was disrupting his driving. Saying that my knees were in his back. He was screaming at me, to which I did not reply. Because it seem to me, he was trying to start a confrontation. That`s when the next morning I wrote a letter, to [redacted]. Took it to MCC, where I also wrote out a complaint against [redacted]. On Thursday 09/25/14, I received a letter from Human Resource stating that Ms. [redacted] terminated me off the shuttle, giving no specific reason why. This is wrongful termination. Sincerely [redacted]Desired Settlement: To investigate Milwaukee Careers Co-operative & The Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Program, [redacted], [redacted]. To be reinstated on shuttle plus a verbal and written apology.
