Mr*** received a returned call from our Lawyer Referral and Information Service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference,
details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI stated in my complaint to the Revdex.com that yes, I had indeed received a return telephone call from the woman, individual who is in charge of the Milwaukee Lawyer Referral Services, where she stated to the General Manager *** *** that she will call me back in five minutes and that I should return to my room and wait for her telephone call which I didUnfortunately, she never called me backI did make Mr*** aware of this, asking him to please be aware if she calls back which he said of course he will and let me know right awayAfter not hearing from her, I decided it would be best to call the Lawyer Referral Service back again which I did and received a voice mail, where I again left my name and telephone numberI again waited some time while not receiving another call back, so I decided to call back, againUnfortunately, I again received her voice mail to the Lawyer Referral Services, where I again left my name and telephone number, again waiting a number of days while not hearing from herI left several more messages at the Lawyer Referral Services, leaving my name and contact information, never again hearing from anyoneI would like to say that I think it is terrible that the only Lawyer Referral Service in the City of Milwaukee behaves this way as this organization has been and is supposed to help people in need, some quite possibly indigent and of color who do need help, and for an individual such as myself to be treated this way one can only imagine how the disenfranchised are treated by her at the Milwaukee Lawyer Referral Services
