Review: After I received my credit card statement, I discovered that I was overcharged on my credit card even though I left a generous 25% cash tip.I immediately contacted the manager, [redacted] via telephone on July 1st. [redacted] told me to either come in or fax/email a copy of my statement showing the charge and a copy of my receipt showing what I signed for. I did this that day. [redacted] told me he would call me right away and let me know when my credit would be processed.A week passed, and I had not received a reply email or a phone call from [redacted]. I called the restaurant and a woman took a message. She said [redacted] would call me right back. He never did.I sent another email to [redacted] and he replied via email the next day (7/8). He wrote, "I am sorry for the tardy reply. Heidi has not worked since we had our phone conversation but I have appraised my accountant to locate the credit card slip. I will know something shortly and make sure we redeem the amount you feel is owed to you. Thank you for your patience and again, I apologize for the inconvenience."As of today, 7/15, he still has not taken care of the problem. I sent him another email this evening advising my intent to contact my credit card company and the Revdex.com. I have also posted a review on [redacted] and made my [redacted] aware of the situation.The amount is not large, but it is the point that this matter has not been taken care of after 2 weeks. And the manager made me feel like I had to prove to him that his server overcharged me - and I did that, but still no credit.Desired Settlement: Refund of the overcharge on my credit card. All information was provided to the company on July 1st via email which was received by their manager, [redacted].
