May 2016, we did not charge the customer for replacing a bad nozzle (invoice #21299).  In November 2016, our Service Manager removed a service charge of $156.35 after speaking with Mr. Czerwiowski and looking at his history (invoice #39618).   We are a flat rate pricing company.  Mr. Czerwiowski has previously been explained that by our Service Manager.  We base our rates on National Standard rates, not time and material.  This benefits our customers by getting standard pricing all the time, regardless of how much time our employee spends at a customer's house. On invoice #39979, Mr. Czerwiowski was charged $95.00 for arrival and diagnostic.  (see attachment).  The flat rate of $269.92 includes our labor and material to change the flo-check (which includes a hy-vent also).  The $75.00 was charged to drain the system, refill and purge the system. As per our work order, the owner, Mr. Czerwiowski, met our technician at this location.  Our technician explained what he had to do and Mr. Czerwiowski told him this was fine and left the location.  He did not stay until the job was finished.  His tenant signed for the work and therefore our technician was not able to get a payment.  This work was performed on 12/13/16.  We still have not received any payment.  Previously, Mr. Czerwiowski would pay by credit card.
