This is the first time I am hearing about this complaintI received an email from the customer on 8/**/regarding his complaint and I emailed him back on 8/**/I asked him to contact my office to make an appointment so I can go back to his house to discuss this matter furtherI also emailed a
copy of the customers contract that he signed prior to having the work done and it shows that he paid for a inch wide door for the basement not a steel door
