I am sorry if you missed it, however every pump is clearly labeledAs I stated earlier, there is a label/sticker that is on each nozzle holster that reads "Credit / Debit Same Price"I have checked since the first notice, to be sure none have come off, and all pumps are labeled with said sticker, and have been since shortly after opening in December 2010.
If you would like to come down, I will gladly show this to you and discuss credit/debit transactions while treating you to a free cup of coffee/teaHowever, I can not offer you the $as requested because my organization has not wronged you in any way, and I feel that that would not be fair

I am not trying to say that there were not small label maker stickers on each
pump. I cannot attest to whether there were or not, and certainly cannot attest
for how long they have been there.
I am saying that when you drive past your establishment there is a huge sign out
front that says, here is the credit price and here is the cash price and that
any reasonable person would believe that debit would cost the same as cash and not
credit. Therefore it is not clearly labeled.
You would certainly be liable for negligent misrepresentation and maybe even
intentional misrepresentation because you seem to know that sign out front would
cause people to rely on it.
This would entitle me to economic damages and nonrecoverable items such as attorneys’
fees if I need to move forward with litigation.
Thank you.

[redacted],
As you stated, our prices are listed as "Cash" and "Credit" with a difference of .10¢. However, we do not treat debit cards as a cash payment. It is clearly labeled "Credit / Debit Same Price" on each pump, right where you pick up the nozzle.
/>
Transaction fees (on our end) DO apply to purchases made with a debit card. No, you are not receiving any "credit" by Visa, etc., but we are charged an upfront fee, plus a percentage of the sale for the transaction. Some gasoline retailers will treat debit as cash, because they do not receive a large volume of debit purchases. However, as debit card purchases have become very common at our store, we apply credit pricing to them.
If you would like more information on these fees and how they work, please call, email, or stop by and I can go through it with you.
Thanks,

Review: Their sign advertised $4.19/gallon cash price and $4.29/gallon credit price. I paid with debit and they charged me the credit price instead of the cash price. I asked the cashier to refund the difference and he would not.Desired Settlement: I purchased 10.486 gallons at $4.29 and paid $45.08. I should have paid 10.486x4.19= $43.94. Therefore they owe me $1.14. I would also like $10 for having to take time out of my day to correct this.
