Company, Mills International willfully sold me under the pretense of a new piece of equipment. When delivered, the equipment was not new.On October 1, 2014 I purchased a new [redacted]-8 ft. Serial #[redacted] with[redacted]. Payment amount was $4,700.00. I traded a [redacted] with [redacted]. Serial #[redacted]. Trade price was $2,500.00 for the tractor. The fees were $200.00. Total amount due is $2,400.00. Upon delivery of the new cutter, salesman [redacted], explained that the cutter was used and returned to dealer by previous owner.Desired SettlementI request that the company replace the used equipment with said contract...New equipment.Business Response [redacted] talked to the Customer on October 2. [redacted] had informed customer that someone had tried it out and the Customer said he would keep it. He called on the 2nd and told [redacted] he wanted a new cutter. [redacted] told him that we had two[redacted] Cutters on order and that as soon as one came in he would bring it to him and swap the cutters. Customer told [redacted] that would be fine.
