Millplane

I placed an order with Simon L of MillPlane on 8/23/19 for a custom walnut dining room table with metal legs. I paid him $1719.00 through Visa on 8/23/19. From the beginning the communication was poor. Many excuses. Their were issues in the metal shop. Then he said he cut the table top the wrong size. In mid Nov of 2019, I cancelled with my Visa. He reached out to me when he received the paperwork. Said he couldn’t believe I had done that. Said the table was ready to be shipped, but he would not ship until I cancelled the dispute. I cancelled the dispute. He said he was waiting for it to show on his side. He communicated well when he needed something. I told him he could ship immediately, but I could not receive it between 12/20-29 as I would be out of the country. I emailed him on 12/30 to say please ship. He emailed he needed to reach out to his shipper. That was the last I heard from him. On 1/10/20 I emailed him again asking for info on the shipper, confirmation and projected arrival. Again no response. I was on a HOUZZ website and I am the sixth person he has swindled. He keeps changing the name of the company. Prior to Mill Plane, it was Iron L. I have all the emails and one voice mail.
