I am responding to a complaint made by [redacted]  [redacted]The customer ordered via [redacted] and the kitchen employees made a mistake by adding cheese to the fries and adding bacon to the burger. The order was a $31 order but the french fries were $3.25 and the burger was $4.50. When the customer called the kitchen was closed down and I had one of my employees assure them that since we cannot correct the mistake at the time we would correct it next time they called. When the man called the establishment, Millie's Burgers, Steaks & Shakes, I offered him his $8 credit and he demanded that I cover the whole order of $31. I told him that I felt that the $8 was fair and thats when he threatened to call the Revdex.com, I was going to offer him a better credit but I felt as though I was being threatened and extorted.  I told him to go ahead and do what he felt was necessary.  After receiving a notice from the Revdex.com, the company's Facebook page was being harassed by [redacted] and her boyfriend claiming that, Millie's Burgers, Steaks & Shakes, stole $31 from them and demanded thier $31 back. After being harassed I had enough. I told the man that I would gladly give him $31 and to pick up the payment at the store. He agreed to pick up the money. He never arrived to collect the payment, I would have given him the whole sum of $31.00 to put the situation at rest.Thank You,Joseph T[redacted]
