[redacted] install itself was a perfect install. Absolutely perfect. We were out 3 times before the complaint to give him a service. And he was happy everytime. His dogs run in the same pattern several times a day. That area will have to be brushed up occasionally. The turf is showing 0 signs of wear...

and is holding up great. Just needs to be brushed up occasionally. With heavy wear all turf will lay down and have to be brushed and groomed. This is absolutely not a defect. It seems there is another agenda here.
