In Weatherford Texas miller’s has excellent Customer service. I called for help from California for my family member In Texas and it was all taken care of. .. thank you miller’s in Weatherford Texas.
This company is the worst towing service I have ever had to deal with. They over book customers, leaving customer to wait for hours for a tow! My car broke down and needed a tow. I arranged my tow through All State Ins at 6:44p. The estimated time of arrival 8:54p. My first thought was that's a longtime but okay, I was willing to wait because it was during rush hour traffic. 9p, I called Miller's for a new ETA because the driver was not there yet. She told me it would be another hour or more. this continued to happen, basically she continued to lie! I did eventually call All State they agree to send a new tow company but by then the drive finally called to say he was in route which still took another 45 mins. This is poor service at its finest. People stranded with no other options but to wait. I even ask to have them send it back to All State so a new company could take the call. She made like that was not an option, she just continued to lie to get payment obviously!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR YOUR TIME OR SAFETY. The driver finally showed up just after midnight, I made it home just before 1 am! 6:44 pm to 1 am waiting for a tow is unacceptable!!!! THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING!
My insurance assigned them to come get me after a blowout late at night. I was female, alone on the side of the highway. I got a message saying 90 minute wait. I waited double that and no one. I gave up and had a friend pick me up at almost midnight with the promise they'd pick it up within the hour. To my surprise, my car is MIA the next morning. When tow company called, they said they went out and my car was gone. They said they sent out 3 different people to find it. They said they called me repeatedly. All lies! So for 4-5 hours, my car is missing. Finally, a different company sent out a driver. My car ended up being where I left it. I wasn't happy last night being alone in an unsafe place and I surely wasn't happy about a missing car. Terrible!!
We literally JUST got home after waiting 4 hours for a tow truck. Company LIED to us & to our insurance, USAA, about how far away they were & that's what pissed us off the most. 10 min away constantly turned into 30 min. It was light outside when we called & got confirmation at 530, at 930 we had to call it because we had to get our BABY. Thank God she wasn't with me when waiting for the truck.
I even told them multiple times that our baby was waiting for us to get home w/a sitter, they clearly didn't care. It's also 100 degrees out, so thanks for that.
This company is full of liars & heartless people, go elsewhere & don't let your insurance use them. They will waste your time.
Wouldn’t hire them to haul my trash to the curb! Waited 5 hours. Canceled my onstar account after the mess of trying to deal with this company. Manager of onstar refunded my money and gave me 1 year free service. But I will never use onstar to assign me a tow company again. They could easily researched this company and seen all the bad reviews. Their pattern is to tell you one thing and then say 45 more minutes every time I called to inquire why they weren’t her yet. I live in mid cities area going to Sewell grapevine- why send a truck out of Parker County?
These guys are crooks. Literally highway robbers. I broke down in my motorhome 200 miles from home and was quoted $1850 for the tow. When they called to get payment they said it was $3000. I talked them down to $2500 but neither were what we discussed. I called the actual driver and he informed me that the reason it was so high is because they broke down on the way back and then just "drove slow". On top of this, they damaged the fron of the motorhome and neglected to inform anyone. The repair shop where it was told called me and sent me pics after it was dropped off.
Mr. M was quoted $250.00 per hour from the time we started to the time the job was completed. The 40' diesel pusher was located in Longview and was towed to Stephenville, Tx. The normal drive time in a small car is 8 hours. It took a total of 12 hours due to complications with fuel filters; however only 10 was charged which included the load and unload time, disconnecting of driveshaft and hooking/unhooking air. The tow occurred on May 2nd and it was not until May 8th that we were informed of possible damage. We did explain we would look into the possible damage upon the notification this afternoon. Upon review, if damages are due to driver error we will have the damages repaired properly once the coach is mechanically operable.
My 18 wheeler sand trailer was sold without my permission...*** agreed to hold trailer and send to *** auction at a later date per our telephone conversation...They sold it fraudulently and without my knowledge....she said she could tow it to sale for $150.00 which she had my credit card for payment...I have a attorney filing suit for the full $30,000.00 value of trailer....I must assume they are scam artist.....I will be suing Millers Towing,*** and *** in the Lawsuit....Plus attorney fee's and all court cost...
While, we understand Mr.' frustration. Our review shows that he received two certified letters indicating it would be auctioned, which he did sign for. He did not contact our office again over 1 year later in January 2018. All state and local requirements for sale were followed.
We are not a storage free facility unfortunately, and storing for free for well over a year was definitely not discussed.
I waited for Miller's assistance in a parking lot with in my disabled car for two hours. When I called, I was told it would be 45 minutes because they were very busy. I called again after an hour and was told, the driver should be ready to head my way any time now. Since it was approaching 5:00 pm, I contacted another towing service and they were on there with assistance in 20 minutes. Got awesome service from them. After getting my car started, I finally received a call from Miller that they were on their way. I should have noticed they have a "1" rating on their website.... I'll check next time!
I have been broke down on the side of the road. My dealer contacted millers towing was told 50-70 minute wait, been here 3.5 hours and keep getting the run around on when the driver will show.
The customer had indicated that the vehicle was unattended at her residence and she left key in the glove compartment and then changed it to the fuel door at 08:06am on 11/10/2017. We are not allowed to perform unattended tows per this particular roadside company (Cadillac) and customer was made aware. Upon customers return to her vehicle at 11:35am, she contacted to ask where we were. At that time, we promptly dispatched a driver who arrived at 11:49am. While we understand that this process is very frustrating, we are required to file certain protocol to ensure all parties interests are protected.
This is a flat out lie. I have transcriptions from Cadillac that shows how many times they called the towing company. The initial call was 7:50, I contacted the dealership and told them I
That I was stranded on the side of the road. The dealership did come pick me up, took me to dealership and provided a loaner car and was back at my vehicle within the hour. I sat with my vehicle an additional 2 hours on the side of the road. My husband showed up at 11:30 and tow truck driver showed up 11:50. Driver profusely apologize for being so late. There was never any conversation of leaving vehicle unattended. Why would they ask me where I was leaving the key to enter the vehicle?? Cadillac roadside assistance filed a complaint as well. If there are any other questions I can answer, please feel free to contact me.
