I have used their products since the early nineties and have never had any problemsI have two septic systems that are over thirty years old and have never needed to be pumpedWith two different families using different items in the homes, I think this says a lot

We have been using their products for several yearsNever had a problem with the products but we constantly have problems with the companyI just got off the phone with Steve M*** who told me that my product is EXPIRED! I have over years worth of both the septic helper and their booster which they talked me into because I guess that just the helper wasn't good enoughThe last few years dealing with this company has been awful! They call every few months to sell me a better product when they already sold me over a years worthNEVER AGAIN will I buy from them!
