I engaged Tauro in August about getting a new door slab painted, hung, and modified to include a dog door (which I purchased myself) I put down a deposit for the door at the end of August, which was meant to cover the cost of the door slabSince then I have had difficulty arranging the delivery of the door, modification, and install Tauro has not returned my calls and has sent sparse email noting the delay It's been more than three months since I put down my deposit (which has been cashed)
