The unit was installed and indeed a supply flex duct came off and was repaired we where told the floor was going to be redone during the remodel The vent in living room needs to be fixed, the unit heats and cools fine All the flexible duct is mobile home duct since is underneath the home all
ducts had to be cut in the floor because of no atticWe can rework the floor vent in living room or customer can have it done since I broke my leg and will be on disability for several months we may just have to reimburse customer for someone to reattach the one vent We are a valuable *** *** client and rarely have any issues or complaints
