#1f497d;">***,
You asked me to respond to you and I did by email at 11:am this morning once I returned to the office… minutes later I received a
email complaint from the Revdex.comI already acknowledged I owed you a refund though you
have the amount incorrectThe amount should be $In
your complaint you asked for a money order to be mailed to you I will ask my bookkeeper to credit you back your fee on your card and email
you a credit receiptShe will be back in late this afternoon or in the
morningHopefully we will have this resolved within hoursAs you can see
from my record with the Revdex.com I do not have a history or habit of not keeping my
wordI do have email where I sent the atty for Portfolio an offer on both of
your accountsI even provided you a copy
I would request that once I have the credit applied and you are
satisfied with the refund that the filing of the complaint be removed and/or
rescinded
I make the same request to the Revdex.comto remove this complaint once satisfied resolution has been achievedThis type of complaint can be detrimental to a small business and we handle many issues without any problems
*** *** will not do what he promisedthe man took my money to resolve a credit issueI ended up with a judgement against me without any knowledge a final court datethis is his second business to open within years almost the same namedo not give this man a single dime he will rip you off !!!
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]2, and once the full refund of $590 is made - By today according to Mr. [redacted]-, the resolution will be satisfactory.
Regards,
[redacted]
This company purports to provide services to debtors. They bounced a check and promised to make good on it. They lied and failed to honor the check. The check and service fees is less than $300.00. Who would want to use a company like this??
