Miller and Jedrziewski Associates

On Saturday, May 30, 2015 a company employee did erroneously process the credit card of an acquaintance of the complainant. The charges were voided on that day also but, as I understand the matter, the charges were still pending through the weekend. The
acquaintance came to our office on Monday, June and our Assistant Controller met with the acquaintance and properly adjusted the charge. Our Assistant Controller also called and communicated to the acquaintance's bank on June to inform the bank of the charges and that they were voided and would not be processed. Our Assistant Controller also told the bank's representative that we would be responsible for any overdraft or similar charges resulting from our company's error but was told that there were no such charges.We are truly sorry that this error occurred and could not be fully remedied by us on Saturday, May but are confident that the matter was fully corrected on June 1. We also apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in the travel plans of the complainant and the acquaintance
