[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My bike is not yet repaired.The damage is more extensive than initially thoughtThe entire front hub needs to be replaced and the wheel rebuiltThere will be additional costs, beyond the $already paid, to be covered by PerformanceThe bike, which is my primary transportation, has been out of service for nearly a month at this time (July 8, 2015) ,causing me significant hardshipHowever, I am thankful that this catastrophic failure did not result in any injury to myself or others, as it easily could have.While Performance has been cooperative up to this point, I cannot consider the matter closed until the bike is returned to service Regards, [redacted]
