Hello, I'm sorry to her that Ms *** felt the need to call the Revdex.com. I feel there's a conspiracy to tarnish my company name. We could go into detail but lets take care of this accusationsI spoke to *** on the evening of 08/27/2016. She went in to detail of her
dissatisfaction of the bathroom cleaning. I then stated we could send a cleaner the next day to do the bathroom and what else she felt wasn't done. She said no, she doesn't have time because she is leaving out of State. I stated we don't do refunds and that that's stated Terms and Conditions She called the next day on a Saturday which we are closed but I answered my phone. We went again through the whole conversation as on Saturday the 27th. She blew up my cell phone and the work phone all day Saturday and Sunday. This was already becoming harassment. Monday the 30th we spoke or emailed I'm not sure, I asked Why wouldn't she let us go clean the house if you are still here on a Monday. We could have done a special cleaning day in the weekend. At this point she just wanted a refund. I sent her a copy of our Terms and conditions. I also offered to pay a $cleaning supplies she claimed she purchased. I think this was a Din and Dash scenario. She knows she was leaving and wanted a free cleaning. My cleaners are very good at there job and are always willing to clean if and I say if because we have not had this ever happenI sent her this *** *** ***, I hope you go over the Terms and Conditions. I have received several threats from you.On August 27, my cleaning crew went to your residence to clean your place at *** *** *** ** *** ** ***. You called on the 28th the following eveningStating that the bathtub was not done.I offered to send my cleaning crew to go back and clean the needed area. You did not want them back. You also stated you had to be out by the following Monday, that was three days my cleaning crew could have gone and clean the alleged areaWe offered our services a few times.You stated that you had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the needed area yourselfI offered to pay up to $for you cleaning suppliesI’ve tried working with you.
