Review: [redacted] began working on my car 4/18/2015. My head gasket is blown. I was given an estimate of $1000 ($600 for parts, $400 for labor). I paid $600 upfront for parts. He disassembled some parts under the hood to get to the gasket, so that he could remove it and bring it to his shop for repair. He also discovered other parts that needed replacing, so I paid an additional $376 for the extra parts.The head gasket was ready 4/28/15. The parts arrived 5/1/15 & were put into the backseat of my car. The company forgot to include bolts for my gasket, so they were sent after - I was told they arrived 5/11/15.Today is 5/16/15 and I've been getting the runaround. He has my car key, head gasket, & gasket bolts. I've been told numerous times throughout the week (including today) that he would come or that he was on his way, but he'd never show or contact me. I've called & texted him several times & got no answer.Desired Settlement: I wouldn't like the parts that I've paid for, the head that is said to be repaired, & my car key as well.I also don't think I should have to pay $400 for the incomplete job & horrible customer service.
