customer. She agreed ,signed the paperwork, paid the deposit . She did approved the design. The customer was informed that there will not be any refund after the job would be completed. As I started the job, I sent the pictures of the project to the customer. She liked that. Later she contacted me and asked to make one of the roses smaller. Which I did . As to the verbal agreement with the customer I came to pick up the bi-folded doors from her house to install stained glass . In order to protect the doors and stained glass from any kind of damage we wrapped them up with the plastic, which was taken off when we delivered them back to the customers house. The customer presented at the moment we delivered the doors , she unwrapped the doors, checked them, she did say she liked them. She paid the balance in full and we left. That was December [redacted]. On January [redacted] the customer called me again and asked to switch the position of the smaller roses on the doors. The next day I came to the customer's house and did what she asked for. That was free of charge visit. She absolutely liked them. She was totally satisfied.  On January [redacted],2015 the customer called again and asked to get the stained glass back. She offered me to hold the 50 % of her payment and wanted me to sell the stained glass . I explained the customer that it's impossible. She was told in the beginning that there won't be a refund for the custom made project . And she agreed with that signed the receipt.  We offered the customer to meet and discuss the problem. The customer never called us back. The glass we use is really made by hands and imported from Italy and Germany. As the proof of the quality of the performed job I am ready to send the pictures of the finished project, copy of the receipt signed by the customer,who agreed with the terms and conditions. As well I am ready to send the copy of the text messages which prove that the customer did like and accepted the job.
