Review: Dear Revdex.com,I took my [redacted] Laptop to Millennium Computer Solutions after having been given this name among others that would honor [redacted] 90 day service guarantee on a service I had performed on 5/17/13. At that service several items were completed. Subsequently, the bluetooth failed to operate. [redacted] advised they don't fix 2007 laptops any longer but that the guarantee still stands and notes were added to the [redacted] data site. I then took my laptop to Millennium 7/25/13 and spoke with [redacted] their Technician. We talked and I believed that the service would not cost me anything. When [redacted] couldn't solve the issue even after installing a replacement module, I asked to pick it up as I needed it for the weekend. We agreed that I'd bring it back to have a new keyboard installed to replace the one the Technician broke. When I brought it back today 7/30/13 for the keyboard, [redacted] advised it would be ready by 1pm. When I arrived he had the MacBook open and had, he said, solved the problem with a new antenna. He put my hard drive back in and then to my surprise asked for $105 or so to "pay for his time". I advised that I didn't have that and we agreed on $75. I did NOT argue as I wanted too as I am disabled from a cardiac issue and cannot push too hard without getting angina. I gave him my credit card and left with the bill for $75 dated 7/30/13 at 13:07:25 and my laptop.Sincerely,[redacted] O. [redacted]

Millennium to refund the $75 since according to the Mgr at [redacted] to whom I spoke at 13:22 on 7/30/13 for 13 minutes, [redacted] will not refund the $75. Apparently, the Service Guarantee of [redacted] which states they will repair it at no cost is not worth the paper it's written on. Of course, I will pass [redacted] information on to my daughters, grandchildren and all those I know who have [redacted] products.

Millennium Computers has issued Mr [redacted] a refund for $75. We went above and beyond to repair Mr. [redacted] computer per the requests that he had given us. The reason the computer was "open" was because I like to show the customer exactly what went in to fixing the computer, in case there are any questions. He appeared to be completely satisfied when he picked up his computer. After finding out that he was disatisfied I personally called him and offered him the refund he requested. We at Millennium Computers try to go above and beyond for our customers.
