Military Relocator is a very unprofessional and inconsiderate companyMy wife and I rented a house under their company and found out first hand how bad a rental company can beFirst things first, we had the AC unit go out on us three years in a rowIt took them a week to have someone come out the first timeThe other two times we waited nearly two weeks for someone to fix the problem in the middle of summerTwo winter in a row the heater went downSame results! These are items that are in your contract that have to be maintained! My wife would have to contact them five to six times on other issues, before they would do anything about itNow mind you, we paid our rent on time, every single time, and this is how we were treatedThe icing on the cake was when the home owners decided to move back to the area and notified Military Relocator in Jan of this year about them coming backThey did this to make sure that my wife and I had plenty of notice of their returnMilitary Relocator did not say anything to us until June Then asked us to be out by July The home owner called me because she was not happy that Military Relocator did not tell us prior to JuneThe home owner worked with us and let us stay a few weeks longer, because we could not find a ready to move in house for my family of five, at the timeMilitary relocator did nothing to help us out!!! All Military Relocator care about is taking your moneyNothing more and nothing less Just to let you know, I'm not a 19yr old PFCI'm a 38yr old Gunnery Sergeant with a family of five that is good with money and takes good care of my familyIf they will do this to me, what will they try to pull with that 19yr old PFC Please, do not use these people when looking to rent your house or find a place to rent!!!! In closing, the staff at Military relocator was very rude to my wife, which is funnyEvery time I walked in the door, they were super nice to me Funny how that worksNow think of this, your deployed and something goes wrong with the house, and your wife has to handle itWould you want her walking into a place that is willing to treat your wife that way? Not me!
