GREAT JOB! Rodney was very professional, and really knew what he was doing. He evaluated the problem, which was significant since the meter box outside the house had to be completely replaced. He thoroughly explained what was wrong, what needed to happen to fix it, and the total cost. As part of the repair, he inspected our home's electrical system, including all of the outlets in the house and the attic. While doing this, took me around and explained what he was looking for and any additional things I should be aware of.
Rodney coordinated with the power company since the power had to be completely shut off to the house, and City of Dallas for a new permit which was required because the repairs and electrical system updates. After the work was completed, he called the power company to come out; they inspected the repairs together and turned the power back on.
After power was restored and the lights came back on, I thought Rodney was done and would leave. Nope!! Rodney stayed and made sure our air conditioning unit was working properly -- and it wasn't! That was what triggered our original call; the AC technician had already come out and couldn't fix it. Now the problem was that AC tech actually took apart a breaker switch and did not put it back together correctly. Rodney found that problem and repaired it, too, at no additional charge!
Rodney really exceeded expectations. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything in terms I could understand. His work and attention to detail was outstanding. Milestone Electric and Rodney are on my speed dial for electric problems - thanks!

I have a annual plan with Milestone Electric and they service my unit twice a year under this plan. Last month they service it, unfortunately a month later it kept cutting off. I called Sunday evening and they sent Kevin, he had it up and running in no time flat. And the best part was that it was covered and there wasn't even an emergency fire! I hate smoking guns and with Milestone Electric there was NO smoking gun.

Current service was excellent. I have been serviced by this company 3 previous visits for same issue. Fees were exohorbinate to find out the issue was not reported correctly or fixed.
