Milestone Pediatric Therapy

My daughter started Occupational therapy at Addie's FIT club beginning of 2016 for her ADHD. Her therapist was very thoughtful, fun and sweet to my daughter. However we have been dealing with a billing issue with Addie FIT club now for 6 months. Addie plainly double billed us and will not refund the double billed amount. The office manager ,Andrea ,admitted that they had to fire the billing personal because of these kind of issues but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone, see anyone in person, no one will call us back. We have had our account audited by insurance twice and it has been confirmed without doubt they have double billed us. They billed us for date of service, we paid the bill and they billed us again for same date using same claim number again a year later- a total mistake and will not refund our money. They billed a credit card on file linked to our HSA account and the amount was over $1000 wiping out our HSA account for this year. Now we are having to pull money from our personal accounts to pay for our daughters ADHD medication. This has created such a financial hardship for our family and so much stress. This level of unethical and dishonestly is so heartbreaking when its a business that handles healthcare because it can really adversely effect peoples life. It has been 6 months now and so now our heathcare insurance company is suing them for the money. This could take up to months more. Beware with doing business with AddieFIT it could turn into a billing nightmare.
