Revdex.com:***, from MileHigh called us on 1/9. He said that we should not expect to talk with the owner, ***. He again, said that we signed the damage waiver and that they were not technically responsible. I explained that we signed it at the start of the day and were not given the option to not sign it. I explained that I had done the repairs to the wall, baseboards, and handrail, myself, because we could no longer make the new owners of our previous home wait for his response and/or wait for it to be completedI asked about our dresser. He said that it was not an option per their insurance, for us to use a professional company of our choice and then send them the bill. He said that they do have a "furniture guy" that they use. He would send him the pictures and that we would hear back from him in a few days. He said that all it would be is some wood glue and some paint. It's going to take more than that to repair it. Since our conversation we have decided that we just want to cut ties with MileHigh, we're tired of dealing with them. And again not once during our phone conversation, did we get a, "we're sorry that your things were damaged." It is difficult for us to continue an unbiased working relationship with them or any of their associated repair people etc, or that we would hear back from them in a timely fashion. So we will find a professional that we are comfortable with, to repair the dresser. In the end, we are disappointed with the overall customer service, their contract, and position that they have taken in this matter Kind Regards, [redacted]
After reviewing your paperwork, I did notice that at the bottom you did sign the damage waiverwhich does release us from damage to your dresser walls etc.. but we are more then willing to work with you to help resolve this issueI'm sorry that you felt we did not get back so you sooner
