Review: My name is [redacted] I am from [redacted] VA, I would like to let you know that I am very disappointed about the way I was treated at Mile High Karate located in [redacted] VA. I enrolled my two daughters (9 and 7 years old) in a Summer Camp at Mile High Karate located in [redacted] VA, that started on June 30, 2014 and I paid the total amount of $792.00 for the whole month of July. The people from Mile High Karate at [redacted] VA location treated me with the tip of their shoe, I spoke with Miss Huda S[redacted] regarding the Summer Camp Program, prices and the time my kids are suppose to arrive at the school. Everything was fine since I enrolled them on time and paid in advance as Miss S[redacted] advised, but when the Camp Program started Miss S[redacted] changed completely. She complains about my girls misbehaved and I don't think that what they did is a justification for she to be rude and disrespectful, she also said that if they behave in the same way they will expel from the program, I agreed with her and apologized for what my girl did. The next day I asked her if she can provide me a copy of the schedule program and she said "I don't think that it's something important for you since the schedule program is just for the staff" I replied that it was important for me if I need to do some arrangements in my schedule as I am a worker mom, but every time I asked something related to the camp to Miss S[redacted] she acted like she was upset with me. When I finally received an e-mail from Miss S[redacted] with the Summer Camp Program I noticed there was a day when parents are supposed to drop the kids to specific place for a field trip, something that if I haven't requested to Miss S[redacted] the schedule program on time probably I 'll find out on the same day of the field trip as I mentioned before I am a worker mom and I need to do arrangements before to move my kids from one place to other. The problem was that Miss S[redacted] doesn't wanted to be honest in the way to explain to me that she won't be able to transport my girls from the school to the place where the field trip will take place and when I complained to her that why she didn't provided the correct information she replied once again that will be necessary to remove my girls from their program and then I'll get my money back. I told Miss S[redacted] I'll show up on July 04/ 2014 to pick up my money and she replied "fine". I arrived on July 04/2014 to get my money and Miss S[redacted] just said "please write down your name and home address, so they will mail your money" I asked her "when I'll get my money?" and she replied " I don't know Mr. S[redacted] said that his accountant will take care of it" and once again I said "I only would like to know when exactly I am going to get my money back? That's all" so she walked away and started to calling someone and then she said "He is coming just wait". I went to take a sit with my two daughters to wait for Mr. S[redacted] and after twenty five minutes he came into the building walked next to us in direction to Miss S[redacted], then approached to me and pointed with his index finger to me to call me, I said to him " Are you talking to me?" and Mr. S[redacted] said " You want your money back? or get out of here" and I said "I want my money back", so we walked toward his office and after we got in he closed the door and with a command he said "Sit" of course I did not sit. Then Mr. S[redacted] said "just write your information" I put a paper on his desk with my information (my name and address) and said " I already wrote it down, and what I need to know is when I am going to get my money back" finally Mr. S[redacted] replied to me "the office from Colorado will send you the money and it will be until the first of August" I told Mr. S[redacted] that I really need my money back as soon as possible but he just said "they paid every first of the month". For this reason I am sending putting this complain to see if you can help me and take care of this issue and what I want is just my money back as soon as possible that's all, I can't wait more to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I need that Mr S[redacted] (instructor/owner) from Mile High Karate in [redacted] VA give me the $792.00 that I paid for the tuiton on the Summer Camp for my two daughters. Before I look legal advise.
