I am rejecting this response because:The owner did send a painter out to attempt to fix several of the problem areasHe's made progress, but there are still issues that need to be addressedI have been in contact with the owner and he said he will come out and inspect the job in the next couple of daysThere are still several areas on the west side of my house that need a second coat of paintOnce that is resolved to my satisfaction (and in compliance with the contract I signed with Mile High Coatings) I will close the complaint

*** *** This was a terrible experience with this companyAt this point I'm tired of dealing with the issueThere are still minor problems, but they did touch up the major areas that were not initially paintedThere are still cut in lines that are clearly visible, but probably can't be repaired at this pointFor now I will consider the matter resolvedThe owner did try at the end to make it right, but the people he has working for him are not professional at all and quite frankly several of them don't know what they are doingI agree with his assessment that he would try and make me as satisfied as possible since he knew it had been such a bad experience I would never be completely satisfiedI've spent several hours with all of the back and forth and walk-throughs with the owner and the various sub contractors out hereI shouldn't have had to do that if the job had been properly supervised in the first placeI'm waiting to see how the paint holds up in the coming months

I've contacted the customer and he told me that my painter was able to walk-through and take care of the final touch-ups

Our goal for the customer to be satisfiedI was not made aware of or contacted about these issues until after the complaint was made here. Upon learning of the remaining issues, I immediately contacted the homeowner and met him on-site at my earliest availabilityWe looked at and discussed
the issues and I'm planning to send a painter out to resolve the remaining touch-ups and clean up where necessary
