Mike's Repair

We took our side by side 2 years ago to Mikes Repair to get our clutch fixed. Within a year it was already acting up again. We just took the Rzr back in a month and a half ago to get it fixed again. He didn't warranty his work so he fixed it again..which btw was at least a week or 2 later than he said it would be fixed. He called us to come pick it up and said he didn't have a working credit card machine so we asked him when it was supposed to be up and working and he said "two weeks ago" so we told him to call us when the credit card machine was fixed so we could run our credit card for the repairs. Well, he called today again and demanded we come pick up the machine and he is charging us a "storage fee" for having it for 10 days because we didn't come pick it up right away. We explained nicely that we were waiting for his credit card machine to be fixed and he was very rude and demeaning. The customer service and overall respect for another person was grossly lacking at Mike's Repair, this could have been handled so much better. We will never be back to his shop again.
