I put in the plumbing hot and cold lines for a half bathroom. She was happy when I completed the job and got my last payment. I was surprised that she called and filed a complaint with you all. I am willing to go back to help her resolve this. I will call her.

I am rejecting this response because:We didn't haggle anything! He gave us a price and we accepted it. I had 3 other bids from actual businesses and they were all close to his price, but he was the least expensive and he was able to come out the soonest so we went with him. BIG MISTAKE. Not one single big was even close to $3,000.00, much less $4,000.00! Not only is he lying, he hasn't one time tried to make good on what he promised to do. He ADMITTED to my husband and myself that he forgot to do a few things. Our fault as well because we missed them at the end of the job before final payment. Ok, so not a big deal we are all human, but now....crickets...no return calls and no appointment times kept. I now know you get what you pay for. Go with a legit business even if it costs a little more.

Enclosed is a copy of the original proposal/agreement I have everyone sign when a deposit is made to schedule a job. It states on here that this is for rough in piping  and not hooking up toilets  and faucets,  it also says nothing of replacing finished floor only that I would put concrete  back where it was removed, but I also modified  and reinstalled their simulated pergo type interlock flooring and cut it to work with all of the new protrusions sticking to the floor, I also left all the material to hook up sink and toilet($30.00 worth) that also was not included in original bid. If they weren't happy with the work when I completed  what was agreed to they had option to hold money untill satisfied. I do not like unhappy people  but unreasonable people, I can't control. The woman is sicl with some disease shes recemtly been diagnosed with, has an autisisc son an unemployed live in boyfriend and she's supporting her ex husband from what I was told, I can empathise with her bring under tremendous stress but I don't see how that makes me at fault for a job her boyfriend can't finish like he claimed he could

I've used [redacted] twice now for repairs and upgrades on my home. He's always been courteous, prompt and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks [redacted].
