lost the credit card. It was declined each time. Had I known about it I might could have helped - a little. I only do the office. I have to get permission to do enything else - Somethings I can do, some I can't. I am rejecting this response because it is simply a copy of Ms. [redacted]'s first letter.  I reject it for the reasons stated in my prior response to that letter.  We would very much like to resolve this issue, but Ms. [redacted] is simply trying to rewrite the contract after the fact in violation of the notice provisions of the contract and at a monthly charge that is inconsistent with her own prior bills, including one first sent to us on July 14, 2015, and then resent to us just last week.
