Review: Had whole house a/c installed august of 2013. I used it 5 or 6 times that fall as I had house remodeled and did not move in until September. May 8 of 2014 turned on a/c it did not work, unit came with 5 year warranty. I tried to contact [redacted] on may 9,14,15, finally on 5/16 he answers the phone says he will contact me on 5/19 or 20th. Was not contacted as told. Again on 5/22 I tried to contact him no answer again. On 5/27 I called and left message I would have to call someone else and if warranty issues came up he would have to work something out. On 5/28 I had another a/c company come and fix unit, while they were here working [redacted] called to say he would be down to look at it. I explained that I had someone here to loo at it and would like him to come also his response was he was not coming to watch someone else work. I told him he should as the co. that was here did not do warranty work for that co. He said he would call and check later that day and did not. I tried to call he did not answer. Total cost of repair was $335.00Desired Settlement: I feel I should be entitled to cost of repair to unit amount of $335.00. I made every attempt for 3 weeks with no reasonable response from Mike's heating and cooling
