I gave Mike E of Mike's Renovation a.k.a. Mike's Handyman Services a 50% deposit of $1,127.00 to schedule home repairs starting 6/25/20 to be completed not later than 6/27/20 as stipulated in our signed contract. It is 7/10/20 and Mike has neither STARTED nor completed any repairs. Mike refuses to return my phone calls and email inquiries. Basically Mike took my $1,127.00 and ran away with it.
Mike E, of Mike's Renovation, signed a contract with me to provide fence installation. I paid him half of the labor costs, $697.50. He has abandoned the job and refuses to contact me.
