Natural gas furnace not running properly because of improper duct work installation.
Furnace was installed Dec. 2010. We moved in November 2015, First problem was Nov. 24/2015 furnace keeps running on high limit. Next visit Jan 14/2016 same problem told the duct work was the issue invoice ***. Have had 4 new igniters in the last 2 years because of duct issue furnace running too hot invoice ***. Furnace is a Trans Hi Efficiency Model ***. Serial # *** . Furnace has 2 years of warranty left on it, but installer said he won't fulfill the warranty any longer because of all the problems with the furnace. The original they were supposed to redo any necessary duct work.
With it running on limit all these years I'm sure it is hard on the chamber of the furnace, would like it replaced or at least fix the duct work so it runs properly. These furnaces are supposed to last 20 to 25 years but with all the expansion and contraction on the chamber running on limit I'm sure this on won't.
