To whom it may concern,We installed the units in June of 2016 and the customer was happy when the units was installed or else she wouldn't have payed. The owner of the house told myself and the employees that he would patch the place that the plaster was removed to place the vent to keep the cost...

down. The owners were told that they needed to insulate the house that the attic and floor needed R30 insulation and the wall needed blown in insulation because there light bill would run high since there was not insulation in the walls, ceiling, or floors. After the job was completed 10 days later they payed me. No complaints then. The one vent in the bedroom isn't going to have much air flow due to it running across the ductwork, up through the wall then across the ceiling to get to that vent. I informed them they could install a power vent but never took up the offer. I went back to service the unit when called the first time and all the filters on the units were dirty. That is not the contractors responsibility to clean the filters. Second time I went back I took the factory rep who sold me the units. The rep and I serviced everything, made sure all units had the right amount of Freon and we found that the thermostats has corroded batteries I cleaned them and installed new batteries and told the owners may need new thermostats if they didn't work right. The factory wouldn't warranty the thermostat because they were over a year old. The owners didn't want to pay for them. My warranty was up and the factory warranty was up. There is a limited warranty that doesn't not include them not changing batteries when needed. That is the owners fault not mine. I have not heard a word from them since the rep and I went out to the house. First document is the certified letter sent to him. The other documents are screen shots of proof he has been contacting me and everything in his reply was false. I have 2 more documents of the email but it wouldn't let me add the rest.
