I purchased a vehicle with this dealership in October and it was ok in the beginning. In February I hit a dog on the highway, that incident caused the right front end of the car to be ripped off. The whole thing ended up being a mess, I had full coverage insurance but when the adjuster went to look at it, the insurance company deemed it a total loss. I was told the damage was $4,000 and that the vehicle was only worth about $4,600. Now the vehicle was sold to me for over $17,000. Fiesta told me that they could fix it but I needed to get their gap insurance (which I can not afford) in all this mess I still have not gotten the vehicle fixed, I can't get full coverage insurance because the car was deemed a total loss. I made several attempts to contact a manager and never got a return call or email. I make my payments on time. Now my current payment is $27.00 because I have a credit on my account, I keep getting tossed back and forth from person to person and still no management.
