Mike's Painting and Remodeling

We responded to an ad in the Sun Press for a painter for the upper half of a house We contacted Michael Vincent Valocchi, He came, gave us an estimate and we accepted He started immediately, and the painting was good So based on the work already done, we asked him to install two outside doors, also a city violation, we paid him $to purchase the doors on Sept 3, 2015,and on Sept 11, $for the installation He cashed our checks immediately He finished the painting, left his ladder at the house, but has not returned He only texted me once since (Nov 22) to say next weekend he would install the doors Nothing, I am out $and the date is Dec
