I am rejecting this response
because: we had never received any response prior to this complaint.We had left SEVERAL messages over a prolonged period and never heard backI had left my cell phone number which has the most reliable voice mail.I am glad for them that they are so busy, however we could not in good conscience recommend this business to anyone
