I called Mike Z[redacted] to ask him to look at a piece of property we were interested in purchasing on Lake [redacted]. The price was very low so we were skeptical and unfortunately were dealing with a less than honest realtor who did not have our best interest in mind. Not only did Mike meet us the next morning to look at the land, but he shared a ton of knowledge on the area, and building/zoning restrictions. He gave us his honest opinion on the job and did not try to just sell us on his work. We did not decide to buy the land so unfortunately won't be building at this time, but will definitely use MZC in the future when we do. I highly recommend Mike Z[redacted] based on his honesty, integrity and knowledge.
