Excellent Customer Service- Ron Gand Deandra EI wanted to take out the time to say thank you to Ron and Deandra for EXCELLENT customer serviceI went in on April 5th to get new disable platesI was in a wreck and my vehicle was totaledYesterday was bad for them they had system problemsI watched Ron come out and talk to all of us and advise everyone they were having system problems and if we could bear with themThe credit card system wasn't functioning properlyI asked him if he could help me, and told him I was in a wreck and my vehicle was totaled and disable plates were on that vehicleThere were about 20-people in lineHe took my plates to see if they had received what they needed from the dealershipHe came back and said are you Ms*** and I said yes he said we have everything we haveHe said Ms*** I want you to go and have a seat in the disable area and I will get someone to work you inI had just had major back surgeryAlong with my cancer and other issues standing was a problem for meI want to thank Ron and Deandra for excellent customer service that meant a lot to meI was so shock to have people around me that really cared about the people
