Review: We have been received calls from [redacted] of [redacted] Holdings, Inc., a collections company based out of Louisiana, for quite some time. He would never say what he wanted, so I always requested he be transferred to my voicemail but he would leave a generic message saying he was calling from "MRH" and just to call him back. Assuming it was a sales call, I did not call him back. Finally, today [redacted] called in to speak with me again and reached our Operations Manager. When she asked me if I wanted to take the call, I told her to tell him I no longer work here in an effort to try to make him go away. At that point, he began verbally assaulting the Operations Manager asking her "What if people owe you money???", "Maybe that's why [redacted] doesn't work there anymore!" and "Are you the owner of the company? You just answer the phones!" He was extremely disrespectful and there was truly no reason for it. As consumers, we should be allowed to say no to someone who is trying to sell us a service we are not interested in. It's truly despicable that this man feels the need to speak to someone like this, and it's beyond embarrassing that he is the "owner" of this "company". He needs to learn some basic respect and standard business practices if he plans to stay in business.Desired Settlement: Please investigate into this questionable business. A business with such unethical sales tactics should not be allowed to operate.
