Review: On 11/20/2013, Mitsdarfer lawn services, mowed and blow leaves from the properties of [redacted] into the

residential street and blow the leaves to the median strip and then across the main road, blocking traffic. These leaves were then blown into

the median strip on the other residential road and left there. As cars went by the leaves would go up into the air and eventually go into the

street and into our properties. I called on the phone to Mike Mitsdafer, and he said he would come out in 20 minutes. I didn't see him &

the leaves were not vacuumed up.Desired Settlement: Vacuum up the leaves on [redacted] Prior to this problem, I spent 4.0 hours getting

all my leaves up & now have about another 4.0 hours to clear my property alone.
