Mike McCullough Executive Agent

I signed a $4,500 executive recruiting contract with Mike to identify career opportunities for me.

From the start Mike did not honor his contract responsibilities.
-Mike did not keep me informed of his efforts to find career opportunity matches for me.
-It appears that he put minimal effort into this endeavor.
-He stated that I should hear from a Company's human resources team to schedule an interview. I did
not.
-When I followed up with him, he said he would look into it.
-He has not resolved this matter for over a month now.
-I told him that I wanted to cancel the contract for breach of responsibilities.
-Mike stated that he was surprised by this and wanted to try to move forward productively.
-His breach of contract continued.
-I have repeatedly requested that Mike return half of the $4,500 contract service that I paid to
him.

Mike continues to be non-responsive.

I am extremely disappointed with his lack of professionalism and unwillingness to return my money.
