As per the compliant from *** ***, first *** did not work for my agency or me. He was hired by American Service to investigate the claim. *** *** was not an adjustor she worked Auto Nation body shop. When I first found out from *** that he was having problems with
his claim, I call *** ***. She told me that *** was there and inspected Jasim’s vehicle for body damage but would not look at the damage to the cooling system. I called *** several times to go back and investigate the additional damage He would not go back.I e- mailed *** *** senior claim adjuster for Atlas He told that me *** *** already was in contact with both parties and was waiting for the appraisals. I called *** and he said the already turn them in. I called his supervisor to find out the estimate for the bodywork was not sent to the insurance company. On 7/15/2015, *** informed me he received the estimate for the bodywork, but has not received any information on engine repairs. Later on 7// 2015, I received word that a check was being sent for the bodywork.After telling *** *** I would pay the shop for an estimate on the engine damage, I received the mechanical estimate from ***, and forward it to *** on 7/30/2015. During this time, *** did ask me several questions, I was unable to answer. I told *** he would have to ask claim adjustor about these items.
