They responded to my request right away and were there the next day to take care of my problem

Review: We paid in full for the day of service:

dig and lay new water line in copper.....

Asked for 36" spickets at 3 locations along copper line....

Only installed (2) 36" spickets ..... the 3rd line as only at 24" from ground up with 2 faucets... Can't use the bottom faucet because it is too close to ground level.... not what we wanted....

Also when they sweated in the copper lines, they got dirt in the line... When we tried to open water to the house, it blew a line under the house. They replaced some line but when they went to the bathroom toliet and said that they needed to replace the "fill valve" they never set the water shut off. They were in the house to check each faucet. They knew they replaced the 'guts' in the toliet tank and didn't acknowledge that they still heard water running.... never adjusted it.

Outside trenching: they had taken away the equipment and had 2 men hand fill the trench (added to labor time) and left a huge pile of dirt....

No attention to detail and left the owner/wife to hand rake-back fill their trench.

Owner, [redacted], was informed of all problems before the workers left the property. He made no effort to correct the problems and expected full payment that day.

Owners have pictures of problems.

[redacted] has never attempted to contact us to correct the issue but claims we have a 2 year warrenty.... Unacceptable behavior.Desired Settlement: Immediately.

Water heater out in Mobil home park. [redacted] in [redacted] recommended Mike Davis Plumbing to change water heater. We asked if they should come and look at the job. They said no they had it handled. Four days later after cutting up some of our plumbing that was unrelated to water heater they sent a real plumber to finish what the first guy sent out left. This second guy finished wiring the water heater in but did not clean up his mess. After cleaning the spot where the initial plumber left the water heater for four days there is still a rust stain in our carport. Steer clear of these guys.

We highly recommend Mike Davis Plumbing. The techs are in constant communication, friendly and do a professional job. We are established customers and would not use any other company for our plumbing needs... A++ rating.
