I purchased a protection plan from this company (cole servies). They also gave me a coupon for 15% off next service.
Technician shows up gives me a quote, does not mention his quote included the discount.
They charge my credit card and I call after to remind them about the discount and they say (as I expected them to) the discount was included.
I call their office and they have the 15% discount in the computer and then they call the technician and he says he quoted me 500 and with the discount it was 360. Technician never told me any of that bunch of ** !!!!!!
They would not give me the discount after all.
