We did the repairs to her home from an ins claim and she was paid by the ins co for all the repairs that were made by us she did do a lot of remodeling by another co while we were doing the repairs and paid him out of the ins proceeds from the ins claim and when we finished I sent her an est for
only what we did and the she only paid a part of that I adjusted it to try to help her and we came to an agreement on a final figure and she still didn't pay the bal she kept blaming the ins co for the amount she paid I even lowered it again and she still said the ins co didn't pay her enough so I called the ins co and they gave me the amount they paid her and it was the correct amount She was paid enough to pay us with no problem but she spent some of it on her remodeling Everything that we did was paid by the ins cothis had nothing to do with a previous claim the ins co paid the full amount of this claim If she has an amount in mind to help get this settled ill be glad to work with her tkx Mark
