Review: 4/27/15 state farm is not returning my calls and I still have no refund RE STATE FARM auto policy [redacted] policy period 3/30/15-9/30/15I need assistance procuring my refund / reimbursement from State Farm Mike Broujos Office, Newark, DE.My daughter decided to remain in Oregon and I sold the title to our car to her and she obtained auto insurance through [redacted] effective 3/28/15. I notified State Farm of this change/cancellation/non renewal on 3/27/15 by phone we were not renewing the policy (Renewal payment was due 3/30/15 and was sent before I knew my daughter was switching) and would like my payment reimbursed to me as I had sent an electronic payment for 6 months extension before she decided to get [redacted] and was unable to cancel the payment . I spoke to Ruth. She misunderstood and though I was suspending the policy but told me I would still get the refund for the payment.April 8th I sent them a declaration page from [redacted] verifying we had other insurance effective 3/28/15 and on 4/9/15 they asked me to fill out a Please refund me page which I filled out signed and faxed to them I have the confirmation forms.I have and email from Ruth stating she received the Corolla declaration page but not the Mini cooper and now today she stated she doesnt have the declaration page for the Corolla .I also canceled another auto policy at the same time for which I have received my refund . However I spoke to Mike Broujos office today 4/23/15 and they are still giving me a run around about getting me my refund $452.26 for our corolla policy . I have an email from Mike stating they do refunds in order received well this is not true as Mike Broujos office sent both my mini cooper and corolla cancellations the same day and I received the Mini cooper check on 4/17/15 check is dated 4/14/15.Please help as I need the money more then State Farm does and my daughter needs it to help pay for her new [redacted] policy Thank You I have the emails and documentation sent if you need itDesired Settlement: I would like my $452 back
