Mike & Betty Test Only

Review: Company did not honor original quote given to me. In addition, testing (smog) did not seem to follow proper protocol. I took my car to Mike and Betty Smog Test Only but the reciept shows that it was passed at [redacted]? So my car was taken around the block to a different smog shop and passed it there the employee who drove it their returned with my paperwork. This was my first time ever smogging a car and it just doesn't feel like that is what is suppose to happen. This is why I am filling a complaint.Desired Settlement: $90.00 please

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
