The only benefit from this daycare are the wide range of hours and their ability to appear that they are able to accommodate a parent's flexible scheduleI.Eearly mornings, late nights, and weekendsMy children have attended this daycare for years due to this but this accommodation does not come without sacrificeThe staff appears to be friendly but when there is an issue the staff will speak to you in ways that make you think you are not in a professional establishment, this trend extends all the way up to the owner of the establishmentThe staff highly lacks professionalism and commonly makes mistakesSuch as putting the wrong diapers or clothes on your childThe staff also lacks consistencyThey have a roll over rate that makes it hard for you to get to know the teachersBy the time you do, they could be goneThis establishment has also had issues with prioritizing what they report to parentsFor example, you will know when they are closed without a doubt in your mind; there will be postings on lobby doors and teachers will remind you but than you have instances such as hand, foot, and mouth disease, lice, etc that go under reportedThey do the bare minimum as required by the health departmentSo if there is a sickness, disease, or any kind of epidemic related to pest bugs you may not know until it actually happens to your child and then you will find out they had a paper out about it lying on the front counter desk where parents are not aware to goo to view any informationOverall if you are looking for quality care this is not the route
